Crystals are theraputic after all...

As I continue to grow older, I continue to become more aware. I am growing spiritually as a mother, as a wife, and as myself. Part of growth is finding things in this world that bring me, and others peace, comfort, true happiness. The most important things to me are God, my children, husband, friends and family.

Along the way, I have found certain things I create help me maintain a peaceful path. It has become very important to me to surround myself with not only positive people, but also a positive environment.

The process of finding each crystal is very calming for me. Finding crystals that I personally love, use, and that keep my mind right is very important as well.

I have found that surrounding myself with crystals and rocks keeps me in a calmer and happier state of mind. I’ve always enjoyed being in nature, as it reduces stress and anxiety immediately. Bringing nature inside my home has the same effect!!

I hope some of the crystals that I have hand selected that make me happy, can also help you achieve total happiness. Start by taking care of yourself first, so you can take care of, and enjoy the people and life all around you.💜
